How do I get started, and what do I need to send?
Start with one object. Send us a general description of what you're selling — location, size, asking price, condition and any standout features — plus your expectations on timing and the buyer industries you have in mind. If you'd like the output in your own brand, share a few of your existing documents (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and we format every deliverable to match your brand book. The more context you give, the sharper the result; if something's missing, we'll flag it and proceed with what we have.
What exactly is in the pack?
